I decided to make a ZooBurst on plant vs. animal cells. It is a quick review that I would use for students who are struggling to notice the major differences between the two. To be honest I really don't like using ZooBurst now that I have tried it. When I resized the pictures you then couldn't see the labels for the cells. I didn't find it super user friendly to use and it seemed like every other icon they were trying to get you to purchase the feature. I think it would be good for student to use, but I think there are much better options like Prezi, Glogster, etc. I'm sure I might like it more if I kept using it, but with all the other options out there I don't see myself using ZooBurst any time soon. I think I will use Storybird next time. I have used it before is why I tried out ZooBurst.

ReplyDeleteI agree with your post about Zooburst. That is why I didn't use it and chose Storybird instead. I liked the Storybird but it also had draw backs.
ReplyDeleteI had a lot of trouble with this one as well, but I like that you found drawings that you could actually use. I do not think that I will use this in class, but maybe some visual learners will find it interesting and focus in more in class??? Maybe...
